Fiddlehead Thumbs-Up Award

Everyday we get wonderful feedback from our patients about the "good vibes" in our office. We work very hard to make sure every single patient feels like they are the only person we saw that day.

We have been refining our systems for “the personal touch” for at least 10 years and we all appreciate it when we get the same good service and smiles from organizations that we frequent in our own personal lives.

Our entire team is always on the look out for extraordinary businesses and places that serve,… so on this web page we want to pass on our recommendation for places and products that we find remarkable.

Every month, as a team, we will award the “Fiddlehead Thumbs-Up” to a specific entity that we think needs recognition for their good work towards establishing extraordinary customer service and/or “good vibes”.  We also recommend specific products or services that our staff has personally experienced as a terrific value.

January 2010 The Fiddlehead Thumbs-up Award goes to

The Courtyard Café at Northwestern Medical Center.

Yes!... You read that right!.... Our staff had a meeting lunch in their “courtyard” public dining room and we were so pleasantly surprised. The staff there was SO nice. The food was very, very good and it was very reasonably priced.  It was quick and the atmosphere very pleasant. It was nothing like the institutional food and service you would expect in a hospital.  We’ll all go their again on our own. I can see Dr. Chuck and I popping up there for lunch once a week! (We’re “food geeks”, so that’s saying something!)
