To avoid any misunderstandings concerning treatment recommendations or fees, we will generally start our new patients with a written "life-long" plan for restoring and/or maintaining their smile. We look at this part of your care as the most important step in insuring your dental health, for it will be our "road map" for a successful journey together.
This "map" will contain all the elements that you have expressed as your personal goals, and it will give you fee ranges for each procedure to help you plan the timing of treatment.
Payment in the form of check, cash, or credit card at the time of service is customary in our office unless prior arrangements have been made with the office staff. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. If a payment plan is better for you, you may want to make a detailed financial agreement with our business manager or hear about a company which we use that helps patients afford comprehensive care.
We thank you for your cooperation in keeping your balance current, as it allows us to meet our own expenses in a timely manner. A finance charge of $15 per month will be assessed to accounts delinquent for more than 60 days.
