Financial Options
Flexible and well-understood financial arrangements are a top priority for our business office team. For this reason, we work very hard to be certain that you can plan for the costs associated with every visit.
In fact, for all our new patients, we make a written, sequenced plan for restoring their teeth - Something like a road map - that outlines what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. We tell our patients that their teeth didn't get this way overnight, and they don't have to be fixed overnight,.... but steady, well-planned progress will eventually win the day!
This "road map" will insure that you eventually attain the level of dental health you aspire to, and it will give you fee ranges for the different treatment options that are open to you.
Payment in the form of check, cash, or credit card at the time of service is customary in our office unless prior arrangements have been made with the office staff. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card.
If a payment plan is better for you, you may want to make a detailed financial agreement with our business manager or hear about Care Credit - a company which we use that helps patients afford comprehensive care.
We thank you for your cooperation in keeping your balance current, as it allows us to meet our own expenses in a timely manner. A finance charge of $15 per month will be assessed to accounts delinquent for more than 60 days, but in our experience that will never be an issue between us because we treat every patient relationship so personally.
