We normally schedule appointments from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Because we are on the edge of a lovely residential neighborhood, our zoning permit does not allow us to be open nights or weekends. It was a compromise that we had to make to obtain such a wonderful facility. Once you are here, you'll see why this lovely old building was worth the inconvenience of have some restrictions on our hours.

SOME INFORMATION ABOUT SCHEDULING... 

If you are an established patient in our practice we will ALWAYS see you on the same day for emergencies involving pain or cosmetic problems. 

If you have an emergency dental problem, please call as early in the day as possible. Late afternoon emergency requests are very complicated to accommodate as our staff all have their own family responsibilities after 5:00.  (As bosses, Chuck and I try to respect their personal time too!) 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy will allow us to care for patients whose needs may be immediate.

If there will be any delay in our schedule during the day we will try to notify you as soon as possible so be sure to give us your best contact number.  We consider your time very valuable, so we will do our level best to be on time for your visit. Our goal is never to run more than 10 minutes behind in our schedule.

We ask that toddlers and very small children not be brought in the treatment rooms or left in the reception room, since all our procedures are delicate and our high-tech equipment is very sensitive. Your cooperation in making other arrangements for their care is appreciated

If you have an after-hours emergency, you will be able to contact the doctors at their home phone, which you will be given at your first visit with us! If the Doctors are away, they always make sure their answering machine at home gives you an alternate number to call.

** Dr. Lynda and Dr. Chuck are NEVER far away.. 

Even half a world away, when they traveled to South Africa, they worked with our hygienists every day using our amazing technology: They "saw" their emergency patients over the internet using our tiny digital mouth cameras, and using the internet in other inovative ways, they checked many of their patients' teeth who came in that week for their 6 month check ups! COOL!
