Appointments

We normally schedule appointments from 8 am to 4:30 pm,  Monday through Thursday.

Because we are on the edge of a lovely residential neighborhood, we have always had a "conditional use" zoning permit which does not allow us to open nights or weekends. It was a compromise that we had to make to obtain such a wonderful facility. Once you are here, you'll see why this lovely old building was worth the inconvenience of have some restrictions on our hours.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This courtesy will allow us to care for patients whose needs may be immediate.

You can be sure that we will inform you as quickly as possible if there will be any delay in our schedule during the day, but, in general, we consider your time very valuable so we will do our level best to be on time for your visit.

Since many of our procedures can be delicate and our equipment is very high tech, we ask that very small children not be left in the treatment rooms or in the waiting room. Your cooperation in making other arrangements for their care is appreciated.

If you are an established patient in our practice we will ALWAYS see you on the same day for emergencies involving pain or cosmetic problems.

If you have a problem that requires emergency care during a regular work day, please call as early in the day as possible. Late afternoon emergency requests are very complicated to accommodate as our staff all have their own family responsibilities after 5:30. As bosses, Chuck and I try to respect that very carefully. 

Should an after-hour emergency occur, you will be able to contact the doctors at home, (802)524-3757, or if the Doctors are away, you will be given an alternate number to call.
