There's always something new at Fiddlehead Dental!

At almost any time, in our office we are in the process of putting in place a new system, technique, or material to improve your dental experiences. Some that are covered here in the website:

• We use two different types of Lasers: DIAGNOdent^® and Odyssey^®
• We have 9 miniature intra-oral cameras, one in every room, that our patients appreciate. (AcuCam-plus^®)
• We use computer technology to straighten teeth without the use of metal braces. (Invisalign^®)
• We are using cutting-edge, site-specific antibiotics to turn the tide on gum disease. (Arestin^®)
• We are using computer technology to make precision restorations instead of crowns. (CEREC^®)
• We are in the process of installing digital X-rays.

Our team is in a constant search to bring to our patients the latest important advances in dental care and treatment comfort. Every year the dental industry offers us a host of new "dental toys", but not all of them carry much weight in the big picture. We are very careful to choose only the ones that have the most benefit from the patient's standpoint. In fact, we are also careful to incorporate these advances when they are on their "third generation". By that time, the manufacturer has made all the improvements to the technology that their early users have requested.
