Financial Arrangement Options

1.) We offer a 5% courtesy adjustment for any amount over $500 that is paid in full at the time of service.

2.) Care Credit (a medical credit card) can allow you no interest up to 6 months. You can either apply today or online at www.carecredit.com

3.) Two payments with of the full amount due at the time of service. The remaining

balance is due within one month after the time of service.

4.) Three payments is also available if needed.
